This is not a great African violet. But I’ve had it for over a year and it suddenly decided to re-bloom. It made me happy.

We have been growing and eating lots of sprouts. It’s been a fun way to get fresh greens in the winter. It was far easier than I thought it would be. I bought a sprouter, and put seeds in it and rinsed it every day. They only take 1-2 weeks to grow.
